If you plan to use insurance to cover the cost of therapy, our team will assist you in verifying your insurance benefits and determining coverage for your sessions.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Once your initial consultation is complete and insurance details are confirmed, we'll work with you to schedule your first therapy session at a time that is convenient for you.
4. Telehealth Setup (if applicable)
For telehealth sessions, we'll provide you with instructions on how to set up and access our secure online platform. This will allow you to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your own home. (California residents only).
5. Confirmation and Reminders
Before your scheduled session, you'll receive confirmation details along with any necessary reminders to ensure you're prepared and ready for your appointment.
6. Attend Your First Session
During this session, you'll begin the process of assessment; exploring your concerns, and developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals.
7. Follow-Up and Continued Support:
After your first session, your therapist will discuss the next steps with you, which may include scheduling additional sessions, referrals to other resources, or homework assignments to support your progress between sessions.
