How long do I need to be in therapy?
This all depends on you and the amount of work you put in toward improvement. A more proactive approach is likely to help you achieve faster results. Our goal is to help you develop skills to get you to the point where you no longer feel the need for therapy services.
How long is each appointment?
Each therapy session is 45-50 minutes. Longer sessions are offered at a separate rate.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently accepting: Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, MHN/Health Net, Oscar Health, Optum, Tricare West, UMR, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, UHC and UBH.
We also offer a sliding scale to accommodate your financial needs. We encourage you to contact your health insurance provider and inquire about out-of-network benefits. We would be happy to provide you with a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, We ask that you please cancel as soon as possible. Sessions that are not canceled before 24 hours will be charged $100.
What are your business/service hours?
Our business/service hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: Limited hours available
Are evaluations conducted in person only?
We can work with clients in our in-office (La Crescenta, CA) or via telehealth only if they are physically located within the state of California. Please note: Due to licensing rules, we cannot conduct evaluations for folks who live outside of the state of California.
What languages can the immigration evaluations be completed in?
Our therapists are fluent in English, Armenian, and Arabic. Additionally, we collaborate closely with interpreters to facilitate evaluations in other languages. If you need an interpreter, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
How long does it take for my immigration evaluation to be ready?
Our regular turnaround is 2-3 weeks. Our therapist meets with the client twice, each session is 60-75 minutes. Rushed immigration evaluation might be possible with an additional fee and as our schedule allows. Please contact us to inquire more.
